Many of you are very special to us.  You've allowed us to share in your lives in very personal ways.  Thank you.  Many of you have really been special to me because we have worked together in the Impact Bible Study or with the Step-Up Ministry.  These ministries have been my passion. 

Many of you are going to be held in my heart because of my admiration for you.  I see so many of you walking the halls of our buildings with broken hearts, hard circumstanses, or illnesses that I know call for a constant outpouring of grace so that you can just get through each day.  I love you for your patient endurance.

As I look over our congregation I think of the many who serve year after year with such faithfulness.  What would we do without the sense of dedication and the diligence of these servants!  I admire and respect them.  I note how many of these have been serving even before we came to work with you..

And of course, our staff.  What can I say?  We've had so much enjoyment from their presence, so many laughs, a few tears, and of course the joy of working together.  The office staff have been wonderful to me personally and have helped me with dozens and dozens of projects just to be kind.

It is with love and affection that we leave our ministry with you knowing you will continue in your service to our Lord Jesus Christ as will we, in whatever way God opens the door.  We will always love you dearly and care deeply about your ministry here in St. Charles so we will continue praying for your effectiveness.
