Men of Adventure
Men of Adventure refers to the men's program at HCC. Two parts of this program are "Men's Fraternity" and "Men in the Word". They are two completely separate programs which focus on different aspects in the lives of men. They provide unique opportunities for fun, fellowship, and growth.
Men's Fraternity
Men's Fraternity is a Tuesday morning study that focuses on answering two questions, "What is a man?" and "What am I living for?". The title of the study is, "The Quest for Authentic Manhood". This early Tuesday morning program is currently on break, but it will start back up this Fall. Watch for details about when this program starts back up on September 9! More Info
Men in the Word
 Men in the Word is the name of the men's Wednesday Night Bible Study program. It is a relaxing time of fun and fellowship as men gather to study God's Word together in one large group. This program, like other mid-week programs, is on summer break. Watch for details about it when it starts back up this Fall. Men of Adventure...
- Seek God's will for their lives. (Mt. 6:33; Rom. 12:2; Jer. 29:11)
- Are not ashamed of Jesus Christ and His Word. (Rom. 1:16)
- Place their trust fully in the Lord. (Prov. 3:5,6)
- Actively pursue continual spiritual growth. (Eph. 4:15)
- Are leaders in their homes, churches, and communitites. (Eph. 5:25, 6:4)
- Seek greatness, as God defines it. (Ps. 18:30-36; Ps. 21:1-5; Ps. 24:3-6)
- Invest themselves in the lives of other men for the purpose of encouragement and support. (Heb. 10:23-25; Prov. 27:17)
