Join us for this live reenactment of the true story and meaning of Christmas. HCC has presented Journey to Bethlehem to the community since 1992. We've had more than 168,000 people take part in our program in the past 17 years. Last year, we had about 18,000 people join us for Journey to Bethlehem!

It takes a lot of preparation to make your Journey a memorable experience! We started months ago preparing the trail you will travel. We have about 700 volunteers who are cast members, serving as actors, parking attendants, hospitality greeters, behind the scenes workers, and more. We offer Journey to Bethlehem as a true labor of love and our hope is that it will make your Christmas experience more meaningful this year. 

Your family will experience what it was like to travel from Nazareth to Bethlehem -- encountering Roman guards, the wise men, camels, shepherds, sheep, angels, goats, the markets in Bethlehem, and the Christ child lying in a manger.

Thursday, December 10   6:30 to 9 p.m.
Friday, December 11      6:30 to 9 p.m.
Saturday, December 12   5:30 to 9 p.m.
Sunday, December 13     5:30 to 9 p.m.

Please note that much of the time will be spent outdoors on a mulched trail, so please dress accordingly. We will have deaf interpretation available for those who need it. And don't forget to stop for hot chocolate and homemade cookies (we make about 3,000 dozen each year) at the end of your evening. This is a free event.
