At Harvester Christian Church, we desire to prepare couples for a life-long marriage by assisting them with the planning of their wedding ceremony and in the enrichment of their marital relationship. Before you contact us to book your wedding, please take a few minutes to read through the information below.
In the midst of all the plans, you do not want to neglect the most important element of your wedding: your relationship with each other. Because we are committed to building strong marriages, we require the following in order to have a wedding ceremony at Harvester Christian Church. Due to other events at Harvester Christian Church we only schedule weddings on the days and times listed below: We have many options available for your ceremony. Below is a list of the services and fees. Please note that in order to reserve your wedding date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit for members and a $300 deposit** for non-members. A list of pianists, vocalists, and musicians is available upon request. Fees for these services vary. Wedding equipment includes the following items: -For weddings scheduled more than 12 months out all policies are subject to change- Yes, the Family Life Center or the Community Lobby is available for members of Harvester Christian Church. Receptions held in these locations are to be punch and cake only. All receptions must comply with a two hour time limit and will only be scheduled for Friday evening or Saturday morning (11:00am) weddings. The cost to use one of these areas is $175 plus a $200 deposit. This charge does not include set-up and tear-down. The $200 deposit will be returned upon completion of the tear-down/clean-up. Yes, we have three rules that you need to be aware of.
What dates and times are available for wedding ceremonies?
Friday @ 7pm or Saturday @ 11am or 2pm
Please note: When you reserve the chapel you obtain possession beginning 1 hour prior to the wedding time and you must vacate within 1-1/2 hours following the conclusion of the ceremony. Your rehearsal will be scheduled with your wedding hostess for the evening prior to your wedding. You can decorate for your wedding on the day/night of the rehearsal or the evening before your wedding.
What services are available to us and what will it cost to have our ceremony at Harvester Christian Church?
* Includes wedding hostess, wedding equipment, sound technican and janitor.
**Includes Minister, wedding hostess, wedding equipment, sound technician, and janitor. $200.00 of the deposit can be refunded if all policies are followed.
Gold - Two candelabras with candles, ten aisle candleholders with candles, unity candle stand (for your candle), two kneeling benches, wedding arch, and two plant stands.
Silver - Two candelabras with candles, unity candle stand, and eight aisle candleholders.
Do you have space available for our reception?
Deposit for your reception must be received before the facility can be reserved.
